The estimated production and delivery schedule will be confirmed before payment or after the final order details are approved.

10. Delivery Inspection

Before signing for the shipment, please check whether the outer packaging is damaged, opened, wet, crushed, or otherwise abnormal.
If visible damage is found, please:
- Take clear photos or videos of the package.
- Inform the delivery carrier immediately.
- Keep all original packaging materials.
- Contact DF CiCi Hair within 3 business days of delivery.
Claims submitted without photos, videos, shipping labels, or other supporting evidence may not be accepted.
11. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged during transportation, DF CiCi Hair will assist the customer in contacting the carrier and submitting a claim.
However, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

- Incorrect shipping information
- Unpaid import duties
- Natural disasters
- Severe weather
- Strikes
- Transportation disruptions
- Government restrictions

- Other events beyond our reasonable control
Compensation for lost or damaged shipments will be determined according to the carrier’s investigation, shipping insurance terms, and applicable logistics policies.
